Key Responsibilities
 Lead the end-to-end BI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives from DOWC
(USA).
 Manage a team of BI developers, analysts, and data engineers.
 Design and oversee implementation of robust data pipelines, data modelling, and reporting
systems.
 Own Power BI dashboard architecture and governance.
 Collaborate with U.S. stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support
decision-making.
 Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
 Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
 Evaluate and implement modern BI tools, best practices, and methodologies.
Required Skills
 Proven experience in BI project lifecycle: data ingestion �� modelling �� visualization �� insights.
 Expertise in Microsoft Power BI (dataflows, DAX, Power Query).
 Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing principles.
 Experience with Python (for data manipulation/automation) is a significant advantage.
 Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure Data Factory is a plus.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
