This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution to manage both owned fleet and third-party logistics (3PL) while optimizing ERP-driven logistics operations. The ideal candidate will drive on-time deliveries, cost efficiencies, and seamless nationwide distribution.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of logistics experience in FMCG, beverage, or packaged drinking water industries.
• Expertise in ERP-driven logistics, fleet management, and 3PL coordination.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to optimize nationwide supply chains with cost-effective solutions.
Preferred Certifications:
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)
• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications
