Hierarchical Location Position
• Reports to: Board of Directors / President of the company
• Supervises: All directors and department heads
(Technical, Finance, Projects, Human Resources, Sales, etc.)
#Main Mission: To ensure the strategic, operational, and financial management of the company specializing in the construction, energy, and other sectors, in order to guarantee the company's growth, profitability, and sustainability.
#Responsibilities a) Strategic Management • Define and implement the company's vision and development strategy. • Develop investment and growth plans in the construction and energy sectors. • Identify market and partnership opportunities. b) Operational Management • Supervise the execution of construction and energy projects. • Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards. • Ensure coordination between the different departments. • Ensure the company's digitalization. c) Financial Management • Validate budgets and financial plans. • Monitor project profitability and cash flow. • Seek financing and investors if necessary. d) Business Development • Represent the company to clients, partners, and authorities. • Negotiate strategic contracts. • Develop the project portfolio. e) Human Resources Management • Supervise and motivate management teams. • Define recruitment and training policies. • Ensure a positive work environment. f) Compliance and Governance • Guarantee compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental standards. • Implement governance and internal control procedures.

Education
• Minimum of a Master's degree (Bac +5) in:
• Civil Engineering / Construction
• Energy Engineering
• Business Management / Administration
Experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience in managing and leading large-scale projects.
