Responsibilities:

1. Manage the production team to ensure consistent output and quality.
2. Work closely with Engineering, Die Maintenance, and Stamping to ensure production runs smoothly according to plan.
3. Achieve set KPIs in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practice standards, as well as, health and safety standards.
4. Study on overall production, process, and operations to improve the effective use of materials, equipment and other
resources.
5. Identify and resolve process-related issues and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Compile data and generate technical reports for management review.
7. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to workers

Experience	8 - 10 Years
Salary	8 Lac To 13 Lac P.A.
