Lab Technical Manager/Administrator – Quezon City – 1 Position


The Laboratory Administrator/Technical manager is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory services for all phases of lab operations—preanalytical, analytical &post analytical.

His/her primary responsibility includes planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of the Laboratory.



Role and Responsibilities –



Design lab process flows to ensure efficient and smooth lab operations.

Ensure compliance to Lab SOPs

Maintenance of lab TAT for all tests

Coordination with all departments -Procurement/IT / HR /Finance/Sales &marketing

Coordination with clinicians for obtaining end user feedback and continual improvement.

Ensure adequate and appropriately qualified lab personnel for all lab activities, including sample collection , accessioning, processing and issuance of lab reports.

Coordinate with lab instrument vendors for timely troubleshooting and availability of lab supplies

Lab Inventory management and budget planning

Ensure cost effectiveness of lab operations.

Participates in the recruitment and selection process for Lab employees.

Performs clinical supervision of employees, including regular performance appraisals and feedback to staff.

Provides supervision of continuing professional education, in-service training, and orientation of new medical staff.

Actively participate in purchase of lab equipment, and other services.

Leads planning for the development of new lab tests.



6 Days working schedule for 8 hours daily.



Required Skillsets-



Graduate in Medical Technology with minimum 8-9 years of experience.
Need Registered Medical Technologists who have Professional Regulation Commission License ( PRC ) , also should have passed Board License Exam).
Max CTC – 70000- 80000 Pesos / Month ( Inclusive of deductions like SSS, Phil Health & HDMF ) depending on current salary of the candidate.
