The Human Resources Business Partner works closely with functional leaders across the business to create and implement HR strategy and initiatives that support the client groups in delivering on their business commitments. Demonstrating their knowledge of the business and their respective functions, incumbents play a critical role is setting the company’s HR strategy and priorities. The position is accountable for driving the talent strategy within its respective client groups, with a focus on leadership, performance development, organizational development, workforce planning, compensation, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS in Human Resources, business administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR Business Partner role experience
• Experience supporting industrial operations functions (e.g. - Production/Quality/Supply Chain/Manufacturing)
• Experience in leading project management of talent related HR fields: organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, & workforce planning
• 10%-20% travel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations functions (e.g. - Production/Quality/Supply Chain)
• Experience working in a matrix environment
• Experience in using project management techniques and skills
COMPETENCIES:
• Critical Thinking – Intently knowing your customers / business and identifying what’s needed to meet future demands
• Problem Solving – Getting insights to inform action, and making informed, timely decisions without all the answers
• Thought Partner – Coach leaders on people matters, stretching yourself and others to make sounds and courageous people decisions

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as key partner to leaders of assigned functions, driving the functional people strategy
• Partner with leaders to design and create the organization that will deliver business success; proactively
