Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office on daily basis and prioritize
Review Job advertisements prior to posting, screen & shortlisting of CVs, conducting telephone
Interviews, coordination with Directors for Final round of Interview and ensure that documentation
is collected and recorded/filed.
Manage the new hire orientation, Joining Process, Timely Induction
Issuing Appointment letter (mandatory bond), Increment letter etc when requirement arise.
Process & upkeep of employee personal file with relevant documents and details.
Performance Appraisal Management System (Annually).
Processing of Annual employees benefit and keeping proper record of Leave encashment,
Increment/ Promotion, KRA Incentive, Bonus if any etc...
Updating company policies from time to time.
Preparing Legal documents including notice etc...
Employee Engagement activities
Work with Management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically..
Supervise and Manage all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors including
All Administrative works.
