HR & Admin support which comprises of the following:
 Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office on daily basis and prioritize
important tasks.
 Review Job advertisements prior to posting, screen & shortlisting of CVs, conducting telephone
Interviews, coordination with Directors for Final round of Interview and ensure that documentation
is collected and recorded/filed.
 Manage the new hire orientation, Joining Process, Timely Induction
 Issuing Appointment letter (mandatory bond), Increment letter etc when requirement arise.
 Process & upkeep of employee personal file with relevant documents and details.
 Performance Appraisal Management System (Annually).
 Processing of Annual employees benefit and keeping proper record of Leave encashment,
Increment/ Promotion, KRA Incentive, Bonus if any etc...
 Updating company policies from time to time.
 Preparing Legal documents including notice etc...
 Employee Engagement activities
 Work with Management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically..
 Supervise and Manage all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors including
Directors/Partners
 All Administrative works.

Salary: 2LPA-3LPA

Qualification Other Bachelor Degree, M.B.A/PGDM
