As Commercial Health Care Solutions Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing private access strategies to increase revenue by targeting private insurance companies, corporate funds, large employers, and chain hospitals in order to ensure the institutional access of Out-of-Pocket products in line with the Institutional Access strategies and plans.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Driving and/or collaborating towards identifying and executing partnerships with relevant stakeholders and leading the private access strategy development
Executing for Out-of-Pocket products to maximise access and value of the products in the private market.
Creating annual institutional access strategy and tactical plan as part of the overall brand plans working closely with sales, marketing and market access teams to improve value proposition.
Preparing contracts, pricing agreements and health care packages for targeted institutions in close collaboration with IO/Region and local functions
Responsible for the value maximisation of pipeline assets through activities
Qualifications
You are expected to hold a university degree in relevant area; Economy, Business Administration, Social/Health Sciences, Health Economics, etc. It is expected to have at least 7 years of solid experience within Market Access environment, payer facing roles within the pharmaceutical/healthcare or regulated industries, or financial commercial roles in private insurance companies. You have fluent command of written and spoken English.

You have experience of developing and negotiating commercial contracts and tenders.
You have practical experience of developing promotional/commercial solutions and value messages to improve patient care.
You have strong business and finance acumen with highly analytical mindset.
You have an entrepreneurial and a patient focus mindset with strong individual purpose.
