Summary
The CNC Machinist is responsible for setup and operation of CNC milling machines such as boring mill, vertical and gun drilling machines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Read process sheets, blueprints and/or sketches of part to determine final product
Review specifications to determine set up procedure, machining sequence and dimensions of finished product;
Responsible for editing programs;
Ensure effective production of quality parts by checking drawings or sketches, using gauges and other measuring equipment;
Qualifications
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with little supervision. Individuals must have a High School Diploma, with a minimum of Five (5) year experience in CNC machining. The incumbent has experience in machining components to tight tolerances and can work independently
