As an Area Sales Manager- Trivandrum, you will be identifying and addressing business opportunities and challenges in the territory. Anchor account planning, targeting, customer profiling & customer engagement. You will be responsible for analysing market trends, capture competitor information, and use experience to forecast business and sales plans. You should have knowledge of key industry business drivers, emerging medical trends, and performance metrics and ability to leverage that knowledge to inform strategy. Develop and retain a high performing business unit and engage employees within the team on personal responsibility by communicating and clarifying the business strategy, to enable integration of all business activity.
You hold a full-time Bachelor’s degree in B-Pharma / Science and Masters in Business Administration (preferred), from a reputed institution
You should have minimum 8 years of industry work experience with at least 4 years as People Manager
Sales achievement criteria – 100% sales achievement at least 1 year in 3 years (YTD 2022, 2021 & 2020) & 90% or above Sales achievement in remaining 2 years.
Should be open to relocation
Good in communication and negotiation skill and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
A strong track record in thorough planning, execution and follow-up is required, with a creative and innovative attitude that will enable you to drive initiatives with operational excellence in mind
