Designation: Admin Assistant

Qualifications: Graduation or Equivalent.

Languages: English, Egyptian Arabic (both oral and written)
Job Description:
1) Welcome and greet guests promptly upon their arrival at the office.
2) Handle all bookings and arrangements for conference rooms, meeting rooms, and
internal events for various departments.
3) Manage facility operations and coordinate housekeeping duties, as well as monitor
office assistants' movements.
4) Respond to visitor inquiries promptly and effectively.
5) Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls as required.
6) Maintain accurate employee and department directories.
7) Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries daily.
8) Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
9) Maintain accurate records of employee leave and calculate entitlements, including
annual leave.
10)Coordinate and oversee all travel logistics and arrangements.
11)Provide Attendance to HR for Salary
12)Aid in the onboarding process for new employees and extend a warm welcome.
13)Procure front office supplies and manage inventory, including pantry items and
stamp papers.
14)Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively – airlines,
trains, transport, and hotels.
15)Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after
16)Handle visa applications and formalities promptly.

Experience 6 - 8 Years
Salary 10 Lac To 16 Lac P.A.
