Monitoring the day to day Accounting Activities
Prepare reports on accounts payable and account receivable Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements
Book keeping and updating records on daily and weekly basis including ledger Maintain Journal Entry Sale, Purchase & Expense Invoice,
Responsible for maintaining accounting ledgers and performed account reconciliation. Maintain day to day Accounts & reporting to the senior management.
Prepared Vouchers, Banking, BRS, Billing.
Maintain all voucher entry in tally and similar ERP Softwares. Preparing sales invoices in tally
Responsible for expenditure and collection transactions. Maintaining records of payment information.
Preparing of Cheques and entry into accounting systems.
Preparation staff attendance maintains leave records of the employees.
Recording transactions In Tally/ERP Software, Maintaining books of accounts Bank
reconciliation statement, Debtor, creditor reconciliation statement. Preparing E-way bill for online
Preparation and maintenance of various Register Purchase register, Sales register. Preparation of all types of vouchers.

Maintaining Stock Register.

Preparation staff attendance maintains leave records of the employees.

Preparing sales invoices in tally or related any software

Maintain all records related to Purchase, Sales and Inventory management. Collected employee information and prepare payrolls.

Calculate and verify payroll Amounts

Communication to all internal & external customers related to business-by phone and

written communications Data Upkeep

Other Skills & Experience:

- Team Player with Positive attitude and adaptability to change in business environment.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point is a pre-requisit
